Terms of Use

These conditions apply whenever a visitor browses content or submits a search through this website. Using any part of the service means accepting the terms below. Anyone who does not agree should discontinue use.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website has no government affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a service for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions, or for another use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Its purpose is to identify Warren County and Missouri record sources. It is not a private-investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of every government office. It does not keep official records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its content directs readers to the Warren County Sheriff, Missouri courts, Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to tools run by outside companies.

2. Rules for Using This Site

A visitor agrees not to:

  • Use the service in violation of federal, Missouri, or local law
  • Threaten, harass, stalk, or intimidate another person with information found here
  • Apply content to a credit, employment, housing, or insurance decision
  • Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
  • Send bots, scrapers, or automated requests against the pages
  • Interfere with site speed, availability, or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate. Missouri law also limits misuse of Missouri Sex Offender Registry data, and using it to facilitate a crime can result in penalties. Registry access supports lawful public-safety awareness, never vigilantism or prohibited discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, consumer reports, or official background checks. Our partners' tools are not offered here for regulated screening. Information from the site or a linked tool may not be used to:

  • Assess creditworthiness or insurance pricing
  • Make an employment decision
  • Evaluate a tenant or housing application
  • Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
  • Serve any other FCRA-regulated purpose

A regulated use requires the proper official Missouri channel or a provider that complies with all applicable FCRA duties.

5. No Legal Advice

General information about Warren County records is not legal advice. Only a licensed Missouri attorney can advise how a charge, warrant, conviction, or expungement law applies to specific facts.

6. No Warranties

All services and content are offered “as is.” No promise is made that:

  • Partner search results will be complete or correctly matched
  • Every page is error-free or secure
  • The service will remain available without interruption
  • Published information is always complete, current, or accurate

Charges, dispositions, closures, and expungements can change a record. Gaps and delays can occur, so nothing published here is an official statement from the Warren County Sheriff, a court, or another agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links can lead to a sheriff, court, state agency, legal resource, or outside search provider. We do not control the destination's terms, privacy practices, fees, content, or availability. Review its rules before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Warren County Criminal History or its content partners own the text, graphics, logos, and code. Copying, distributing, adapting, or creating derivative material requires prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from use of the website, its information, or a linked service.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims caused by their use of the service or breach of these terms, including related legal costs.

11. Governing Law

Missouri law governs these terms. Any dispute connected to website use must be brought in a court located in Missouri.

12. Changes to These Terms

Revised terms take effect when posted here. Continued use after posting means the updated conditions apply.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be limited or terminated at any time and without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be narrowed only as needed.
